Your mission as an administrative assistant at PAMA will be to work as a team with the director of purchases and the director of products and regulatory affairs, in order to create, structure and follow up on contracts and client quotes.
To carry out this mission, you will need to have a good knowledge of the Office 360 suite for the management of the various files. You will also need to enter data into PAMA's ERP system.
Your team will guide you through the steps to follow and you will develop the knowledge necessary to carry out your responsibilities.
Your working hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
You are someone who likes cooperation and for whom working in a team is a motivating factor that encourages you to give your best.
You are meticulous, attentive, receptive and involved in your work.
You have a good command of spoken and written French and English, as well as a good knowledge of the use of a computer and the Microsoft Office suite.
You enjoy learning and putting what you have learned into practice. You like to complete several projects.
