This training takes about 30 min to realize. You will walk through three steps during this training.
STEP 1
The first step will make you discover the universe of PAMA Manufacturing and Sterilization.
STEP 2
The second step will give you information related to our tubing kits.
STEP 3
The last step will test your skills on the informations that you just learned. After what you will received a PAMA certificate and a bonus of 25 $.
STEP
PAMA MANUFACTURING AND STERILIZATION
UNIVERSE
Welcome to the first step!
You are going to learn all about PAMA Manufacturing and Sterilization. After that, we are hoping that you will feel part of our beautiful team.
Let's start!
MANUFACTURING
We are specialize in medical procedure kits. There are two things to remember when it comes to PAMA's kits. They are custom and we have a complete service.
1. CUSTOM
All our kits are customizable. Not every doctor, dentist, or anyone in the medical industry uses the same kit, even if it is for the same procedure.
This is one of the biggest advantages of PAMA.
2. Complete Service
Manufacturing and Sterilization is done under the same roof. A faster turn around time is the fruit of this complete service offered by PAMA.
In addition, it makes us much more price competitive, since we save a lot of costs.
Furthermore, our type of operation is very eco-friendly. We save a lot of trips like trucks, boat and airplanes.
Let's GO with our sterilization side
Our engineer team has revolutionized the ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization.
Here a quick intro about our EO sterilization.
EO sterilization
Ethylene oxide sterilization (EO or EtO) is a method used since 1930 and today, more than 20 billion devices sold in the US every year are sterilized with ethylene oxide, accounting for approximately 50 percent of devices that require sterilization.
EO sterilization is the method having general compatibility with a large number of materials, resins and types of medical instruments that could be fragile.
Some of you may know the scandal in the US related to ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization. Some environmental agencies only realized in 2019 the inconvenience of EO released into the ambient air. The emissions of this gas are very carcinogenic for people in contact with the air release during the process. Now, in 2021, the alarm is ringing over the use of ethylene oxide for the sterilization of medical devices.
So here we come with our EO revolution system, and the term “green sterilization” takes on its full meaning. Where the industry begins to work on improving the sterilization process, PAMA has already done so. EO sterilization of PAMA virtually eliminates the presence of ethylene oxide in the air, since we use fewer EO in our cycle than used in the sterilization industry. Finally, for the entire sterilization process, the batch load release time is less than a day, compared to a week in the industry.
